Polices:

PAYMENT POLICY:

Payment is due in full between the 1-5th of each month for that month of lessons. (Or otherwise arranged and agreed to.)  Payment Types Accepted: *PayPal, *Venmo, *Cash or Check at the barn. If payment is not made by the due date lessons will be cancelled until payment is received.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:

Minutes late will be deducted, and your lesson will end at scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your lesson will be cancelled and forfeited.

 MAKE UP LESSON POLICY:

WHEN THE CLIENT NEEDS TO RESCHEDULE:

24 Hour Notice enforced.  You must cancel a lesson 24 hours before your lesson time.

Last minute cancellations less than 24 hours of the lessons are forfeit.

With 24 Hours’ Notice:

You can make up that lesson within the same month, or the consecutive month of the missed lesson.

 BARN/INSTRUCTOR NEEDS TO RESCHEDULE:

At any time, the barn reserves the right to cancel/reschedule lessons for any reason (including but not limited to: Weather/road conditions, horse health, instructor/family health, or other scheduling conflicts.)

 When a lesson canceled by barn/ instructor, that make up lesson does not expire, and can be used for up to 1 year of the missed date.

 The missed lesson cannot be credited forward or “extended out” to a lesson package, and they cannot be refunded.

 Make Up, Not Extend Out:

It’s important to reiterate that when a lesson is missed, the payment date does not move out a week.  Payment dates stay the same, (on the date you agree each month), and make up lessons will be scheduled.

LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please inform your riding instructor if you will not be continuing lessons at least two weeks before your next payment day.  This helps us very much!

 REFUND POLICY:

Once a lesson package is paid, it is non-refundable.  It IS transferrable to another person.  No refunds at any time.  In the event of a company closure, or company is unable to fulfill services, refunds for services owed will be refunded.
